Event - Year 3's Viking and Saxons Day

On Thursday 17th May Year 3 went on a trip to Dudley Museum to learn all about the Vikings and Saxons.
Everyone enjoyed the activities which included: dressing up, learning about long boats and thinking about what it must have been like to live like a Viking.
Everyone had a lovely time!
 We dressed up as Viking warriors. |
 We found out about the long boats. |

 The Saxons were buried with shields and daggers. |
 We listened to the history of Dudley in the Saxon times. |
