Event - Year 1 'Step Back in Time' Performance

Today, children in Year 1 performed a special performance to share their History learning with their parents.
They have been learning about famous historical figures: Neil Armstrong, Christopher Columbus and Florence Nightingale. This is the end of the learning challenge question called ‘Why were Neil Armstrong and Christopher Columbus brave people?’
They have had lots of fun and learnt so much along the way!
 Children began with a Doctor Who Children dance to take their parents back time! |
 Children performed role plays of Neil Armstrong, Christopher Columbus and Florence Nightingale’s lives. |

 They shared work from their books. |
 They also performed a special song at the end. Well done children! |
