Event - Assembly Celebrating our Polish Link
9 October 2014
We are very lucky to have a new partnership with a school in Wroclaw Poland, SP118.
We have been working on a story called 'The Cracked Jar' and have been producing some fantastic work. We performed a special assembly for our four special teacher visitors who came over to see us from the school in Poland and our parents, teachers and peers. It was a great success and the children have produced some brilliant work.
St Joseph’s School Choir also had their first performance and sang their hearts out.
It was a fantastic afternoon of sharing our learning!
Year 6 children role played the Cracked Jar story. |
They showed off their great art work from the story. |
|
They role played their own stories with morals. |
Finally they sang a song to reflect their learning. |
|
St Joseph's School Choir performed some fantastic songs! |
We then presented our special visitors with some gifts. |
