Event - Fairtrade Big Brew Event

9 March 2012

As part of our celebrations during Fairtrade Fortnight children from Year 6 ran a Big Brew tea and coffee morning for parents.

Parents were invited into school to buy a cup of Fairtrade tea or coffee along with a Fairtrade cookie for £1. There was also a questionnaire for parents to complete which told them about the work of Fairtrade and why it is so important.

Also during Fairtrade Fortnight children from every class have been taking part in Fairtrade lessons to spread the word and remind children of the work of Fairtrade and why it is so important.

Everyone had a lovely time at the Big Brew and we raised £44.66!
