Event - Sharing of Work Celebration Assembly
12 June 2015
On Friday 12th June St Joseph’s held a special celebration assembly to share all of the work the children had completed during anti-bullying, anti-racism and internet safety week.
The children also made special anti-bullying promises and wrote them on blue handprints, which they used to make an anti-bullying display and give thought about how they can keep their promises.
Nursery and Reception children thought about how they could be kind friends. |
Year 1 wrote special postcards to everyone at St Joseph’s reminding them to be kind to others and how to stay safe online. |
|
Year 2 had made anti-bullying posters to put up around the school. |
Year 3 children shared the class pledge they had all signed and talked about their workshop with Kate form Equiteach. |
|
Year 4 learnt about the role of the bystander, and shared the work that they had competed with the school. |
Year 5 read the poems that they had written about how you might feel when you are being bullied. |
|
Finally Year 6 shared their work of linking the anti-bullying message to the CRC Rights of the Child. |
