Event - Brilliant to be in Britain Celebration
5 July 2015
On Friday 5th July St Joseph’s celebrated the end of our Brilliant to be in Britain week by holding a special celebration.
During the week all of the children had welcomed visitors into school to talk about Islam, Judaism, Sikhism and Hinduism as well as learning about the British values of Justice, Democracy and Rule of Law.
The theme to the celebration was 70 Years Since VE Day and the children learned about the end of the second World War and we took a look back through the decades since Victory in Europe in 1945.
