The first steps on our journey through Lent
On Wednesday 2nd March we began our special assemblies during Lent.
During Lent all of the teachers deliver a special assembly about one of the Stations of Cross. We take time to think about what was happening to Jesus at each Station and take time to reflect o our own lives.
At the end of each assembly two purple footprints are put up in the hall to mark our journey which will take us through Lent and up to Easter when two golden footprints are used to represent Jesus’ resurrection.
