Year 5’s Prayer Partner Liturgy
On Thursday 16th February Year 5 prepared and hosted a special Grateful and Generous Liturgy for their Year 1 Prayer Partners.
Year 5 worked well together in groups to prepare for the Liturgy completely independently, which included: choosing the readings, making a booklet, preparing a PowerPoint, practising with the musical instruments, choosing items to go on a prayer display and writing their own prayers.
The Liturgy was beautiful and the Year 1 children really enjoyed taking part in the Liturgy with their Prayer Partners.
