Birmingham Mind visited Year 3 who had a really lovely and positive experience. The children were guided through the story book of a hedgehog who had some worries, and he met some friends along the way that helped him out with some advice and tips of what they do to help ease worries. The children helped act out the story using puppets and joined in the different activities around talking to someone, exercising, rest and relaxation methods, shouting about your talents and challenging your mind with puzzles. The children were curious and learned lots more about their chosen class charity.
