Year 6’s lovely altar display.
On Friday 14th September Year 6 lead our first whole school Mass of the year of this Feast Day of the Exultation of the Holy Cross.
The children prepared a lovely display and wrote some very thoughtful bidding prayers, which included praying for the staff and children who left our school in July.
The children did a wonderful job of leading all aspects of the Mass and helped to make it extra special.
One Year 4 child commented, “I feel close to Jesus during Mass as we receive him in Communion.”
