It was lovely to celebrate Year 3’s First Holy Communion today as a school family. Year 3 led a special celebratory Mass before having photos and enjoying a tea party together. A beautiful celebration of faith in our special focus week in school!

We started our special Celebration of Prayer and Faith Week by gathering together to celebrate Pentecost – the birthday of the Church (celebrated yesterday). We prayed together asking the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with love.

Our mission Team’s latest idea has been created! The children decided they wanted an outdoor prayer area, so following in St Joseph’s footsteps, Mr Horton used his carpentry skills and created a beautiful space for us!
