Event - World Book Day

1 March 2012

On Thursday 1st March our school celebrated World Book Day! The children and teachers dressed up as their favourite book, comic or cartoon characters.

Year 4 and 5 went to visit Dudley Library and enjoyed a session with a famous author, which they all really enjoyed. Year 6 watched the official World Book Day presentation on the internet at 11.00am and thought about their favourite books and stories.

Year 6 and Reception class shared their favourite stories. All the children really enjoyed the time they spent together and loved reading and talking about their favourite stories!

All the children completed a range of activities and enjoyed a very fun and enjoyable day!
