Event - International Link Day

21 March 2017

On Tuesday 21st March we celebrated our International Link Day with SP118 in Poland.

To mark the special day all of the children were invited to wear red and white clothes to school and we held three special assemblies!

In the first assembly the children from Nursery, Reception, Years 1 and 2 shared some of the things they had been learning for our special day. We then shared some videos which had been sent over by the teachers from SP118.

The next special assembly was a live link up with Mr Hinton, Miss Cresswell, Mrs Cheema, staff and children from SP118. We were able to share some of the things we have been doing here at St Joseph’s and SP118 shared some of the activities which they had been doing.

Finally the last assembly of the day saw children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 share some of the things they had been learning.

We had a fantastic International Link Day and everyone enjoyed the activities and special assemblies.
